When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities under your account.
When you book a service through Fitnest, you are entering into a contract with the studio provider. All payments are processed securely. Refund policies are determined by individual studios and displayed on their profiles.
Cancellation policies vary by studio. Most studios allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled class. Please review the specific cancellation policy before booking.
Fitnest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
